Heard Ricky played NCAA ball for a bit, then became a CO, then couldn't handle that so he did a little research and named himself Rick Ross after a notorious Dope dealer.....
 
Gotta admit - his coke rap is nice, but nowhere near as nice as the Clipse or Ghostface.....
