Misc tunes post up........

McCartney and U2

Kinks are fun

Oceans are great

All 3 are great.  I'd never heard heard the U2 and McCartney collaboration.  Good stuff, D-Hop.

Walking out the door Henry....Dylan's correct?

It was probably because of the movie, but Hurricane has grown on me. I certainly like early Dylan when his voice was still tolerable to listen to.

Later dude......

Someone on here either Sugar or Jerry Rice put a cool version of the Faces doing a cover of "Maybe I'm Amazed"......

Gasoline Alley was a favorite back when.......

Here's one you might find interesting dhop: "New Fang" by Them Crooked Vultures, a super group featuring Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters), Josh Homme (Kyuss, Queens Of The Stone Age) and... John Paul Jones!

And here's a torrent for the CD if ya like what you hear.

wow, that was amazing Dennis...never knew that clip existed!

Here's another Sgt Pepper tribute....

Cheap Trick.....( I saw this show)  this is freaken amazing IMO

Cheap Trick Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End (Abbey Road Medley)

Hugh, going after that right now. Like Dave grohlk quite a bit.

Vultures sound interesting and can't wait to hear it (in about 10 mins.... )

Hugh, New fang came up first as most popular on Limewire, and there was a ton of music by that band at Limewire

Good chemistry as far as them clicking well together for what I assume is a new thing for those guys.......

JMW, do me a favor and wait till I return from dinner with my Dad, but lets do a Cure "post up"one tonight, say 9pm?

Always anything else by any other bands welcome but I really only know the trendy popular stuff by the cure and need to know the more obscure ones.......

(Johnny Nash.for example LOL!.....Sugarhouse,  I had the 45 of Nash's version of "Stir It Up" and beat the heck out of it..You know, when you're a little kid and play the same song over and over...........

I sincerely really like the Nash song "I Can See Clearly Now". Too funny and coincidence that I downloaded it a week before seeing it top of your bio music archive.....

jmw, Cure tonight?

Might have to Joe Walsh it also, since they are like oil and water.

Mugg, I could Roger Waters anytime.

Can't recall who....I think it was Jerry Rice and Sugar went Gabriel's Genesis from early 70s....cool as hell shit....
