Jimi Hendrix "New" Album - "Both Sides Of The Sky"

Question

Even speaking as a Hendrix fan - does anyone even care anymore? I've listened to half this album, and.....

ehhhh.....

First off - I know why Jimi didn't want these songs released.

Second off - why now? There's no "anniversary" or anything, why release it? Let it go.....

Thanks for tarnishing the memory.....

The cannibalization of Jimi Hendrix started the moment the vultures & maggots caught a whiff of his death.
