Blogotheque

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this site before but I came across this a while ago and thought I should share it with everyone. Some great performances mainly filmed in Paris by Vincent Moon.

I wish more artists would do this type of thing. I usually end up enjoying these types of performances more than the album versions. Just seems like they put a little something extra into these.

Some highlights to check out:

Delta Spirit - Trashcan

Plants & Animals - Bye, Bye, Bye

The Tallest Man On Earth - The Gardener

Arcade Fire - Neon Bible

Fleet Foxes - Sun Giant/Blue Ridge Mountains

Bon Iver - Part 1 & Part 2

Seasick Steve

Pigeon John

Enjoy!

Your post has not fallen on blind eyes here, Tritesy11. This really is an amazing site. This Vincent Moon, or whomever is filming and putting the videos together capture each bands' individual essence without compromising the sound or visual quality. Pretty fucking great. Thanks for the heads up. With the exception of Platypus, you may be the only other poster on Covers' Music from whom information was palatable and extremely well timed.
