April Wine song sounds like KISS song - what is it?

A couple guys a work heard this song - April Wine, weeping widow, and we are sure it sounds like a KISS song but can't figure out what tune it is like. Somebody ripped somebody off with the riff. Does anybody know the KISS song this sounds like. Or vice - versa?

We think it's Duece by KISS. I played them one after the other and their close, but not a total rip off tune. Just saying if anyone gives a dump. I've been trying to figure it out for weeks - now I can sleep

Saw April Wine in concert 35 years ago and they were good. Although I have seen Kiss multiple times and they put on the best show compared to all of the rock bands I've seen.

I saw April Wine 37 years ago here in Vegas at the Aladdin Theater. Excellent show, and it was broadcast live on the King Biscuit Flower Hour.
