He has listed his plays every day if you want to track them in his tread for him, I am guessing he would not mind it.  In fact, those who find it interesting should track AJ's record for him so that we can keep him capping games full time.

Carlos Silva means runners on base for opposition.... in this case the Twins, although they don't have they full lineup... look for Morneau to have a breakout game..

if i am not mistaken........he went 3-0 on monday........6-2 yesterday.........that makes him........9-2 for the regular season......as far as units i am not sure but its in the double digits already........i dont know if he put anything up on sunday but it was only one game........

I'm new to capping baseball, curious on the was-fla game.  Seems with the hot bats and great speed of the marlins they should not have a problem against Carrera today who finished last year with a 5.25 era.  He faced florida once and allowed 6 runs in 5 2/3 innings.  Volstad  on mound for florida finished last year with 2.88 era.
 
If you get a chance I would greatly appreciate your opinion, I was leaning floida 1st 5 innings. Thanks and good luck today.

hello AJ just wanted to thank you for the many great baseball picks you release
i'm new to baseball having come from the nba and i'm slowly learning how to properly bet baseball and the marvels of betting dogs for value and not caring about winning % as much since winning half the games can still net u a nice profit
i just had one question
i noticed throughout the day you release some picks ML and then some for RL
what differentiates a match up in ur eyes to qualify for RL over ML?
