Washington +118 Write Up.

My first losing day came today, which I expected sooner or later. Went 1-3 losing two games by one run and Matt Cain hitting a game winning double, which is very frustrating, but I didnt cry on Covers like most of your girls. On to the next day and there will only be two plays although I may play Texas for the night game depending on what happens in the morning. I love these two dogs for the morning games to sweep, so get out your brooms.

After betting on the Reds today and watching how horrible that line up is when you pitch around Votto...I will not back them until they get things going. Washington could have easily whooped their ass with a couple of clutch hits...at the same time if anyone on the Reds could have got a clutch hit they would have won the game. Washington relies heavily on their starting pitching, but they some how grind and score in the late innings and end up winning. Current Nats are hitting .291 with the only player really struggling is Adam LaRoche who is a much better player this year. Arroyo is a much better pitcher than he was last year as he loved serving up meatballs over the plate for homeruns. He is also 1-2 with a 3.77 ERA against the Nats. Last year Edwin Jackson pitched 7 innings strong giving up 2 earned runs in a no decision while pitching for the Cardinals. Current Reds are hitting .203 off Jackson with the lone homerun comming from Scott Rolen who will be out of the line-up tomorrow. Also, Joey Votto is 0-8 against Jackson with two strikeouts. Reds are slumping right now and I do not think Arroyo can hold the Nats to a small enough total runs to win the game.
