Home Favorite Wins by exactly 1 run:         6,924 Times or 17.62%

Road Favorite:                                         14,434 Games
Road Favorite Wins by Exactly 1 run:          1,680 Times or 11.64%

Overall:   8604 out of 53722 for  16.01%

This is for all the run line bettors who like betting the fav-1.5 runs....wins 84% of the time..loses 16% 

I wonder what the other side of that equation is road dog and home dog how often do they win by 1 run because I thought of using a RL   Alt RL were the middle is a bit nicer for example today mets RL is +165 Reds Alt Rl is+175 Marlins +165 nats +175 you would cash a little more it would be worth it if those numbers were the same for a dog winning by more than 1 run but I doubt that would be the case

Just a tip, though I'm sure you are on to this trend -
Atlanta Braves have only won 1 1-run game all year.  Every other game they have either covered the run line or lost, mostly as the favorite.  I thought about trying this system a few weeks back and wish I had.  Now I am too nervous to try it because I keep thinking that the trend has got to end.  But it hasn't so far.

I have a whole note book of notes and shit I have written over the past 4 years.

So you looking at teams ML and RL of +130 or greater in addition, the game must also be the highest total of the day to qualify as a bet?

If its so profitable, how come everyone else says this method will only end up losing in the long run? Does it have to do with when you jump in during the season as well?

Ethan I do not need a game to be +130 or greater, just need the game to be even or greater. I have played many games where one side was even, When the other side hits its usually +180 or greater, its a nice hit when it comes in.

Gonna try it tonight on $200 bet on San Fran ML+165 and -1.5 Col (+110)

If San Fran wins SU I profit only $20
If Colorado wins by 2 I profit $130

What is your timing when choosing games to suit your formula?? When lines are first posted, just before start time or somewhere in between? Lines move thru the day and can slide in an out of your .30 system.
