Again, that's if you have a great track record of consistent good winning seasons. Why on earth would you only bet 1% if you consistently win? That's crazy. You want to maximize your profits and I HIGHLY recommend betting 5% of your roll. 5% is a bit high by baseball standards but if anyone is serious about making great money at this and treat it like an investment then 5% should be the mark no questions asked.

Your winnings will be EXPONENTIALLY higher at seasons end if you bet higher than 1%. Again, I don't mean to attack your strategy as it is obviously working but if you have consistently been winning for years you're out of your mind dumb only betting 1% a game. Continue your success.

Thanks for your input. I agree 100%. But where do you see me only betting 1%? I bet no less than 2 units on dogs and I bet to win 2 units on favs, which means I can bet up to 4-5 units on a fav. I also have 4 unit plays here and there when a play qualifies under both of my criteria. I am already betting enough to where a really shitty day (unlikely, but who knows) could set me back 20% of my bankroll so I definitely don't want to push the issue any further.
