Tonight's total: A comparison with Saturday's total

 I am considering a large play on the OVER for many factors, but there is something quite odd that I just cannot quite understand.

  We all know that last Saturday was a classic pitcher's duel, as the only run was allowed at the expense of the losing team's bullpen.

  Ok, so herein lies the question: If the linesmakers have a duplicate pitching matchup in front of them, as well as two pitchers that have allowed virtually zero runs in there most recent starts, all setup in a 'pitcher's park' at a start time one hour EARLIER (where shadows can factor into a greater percentage of the game), WHY is the total set at 6.5, and not, say 5.5, as some of the assumed west coast pitchers duels might occur???
