i must be crazy, but clev is my best bet for the day...sonnastine has pitched well in his last 3 games but i am not a believer...i think laffey is the better pitcher and that's what lines are based on,and clev is at home so i think the line is close to what it should be, but it is tough to bet a team that lost 9 in a row and blew a 6 run lead the night before...i say go tribe and good luck

Actually...Sonnanstine has pitched well in his last 8 starts against very good hitting teams, not allowing more than 3 runs in any of those starts. Laffey is good at home, but he's playing for a team who can't hit worth shit. And with Cleveland being only 22-22 at home, it seems that homefield advantage doesn't mean much at Jacobs Field. And the Rays are 19-21 on the road, which is really good compared to some teams on the road this season. And with the bullpen that the Indians are dealing with this season, especially recently, they should not win this game. If it's a pitcher's duel between the starters, than the Rays win this game...if Sonnanstine gets roughed up, the Rays can still win this game because the Tribe's pen is just that bad.

well i stated i must be crazy.... trust me betting a team that has lost 9 in a row is something i am against doing, but sometimes you have to ride your gut feeling....maybe the nyy slowed the rays bats down a little...that's what i love about sports and gambling, everybody sees games a different way.. good luck

Signs are TBY are slumping before the break. Offense peformed for so long (3+ runs in 15 straight games)before heading to NYK, where they scored 0 & all of 1 run on fatass Sidney Ponson.
Tampa hitting lefties on the road at just .238 this season. They have scored 8 total runs in their last 4 road games.
outside of 1 bad start Laffey has been excellent at home, and the Tribe's offense is actually starting to come around (4.85 runs/game last 8 vs right handers)

I love when BetCrimes drops some quality information. I liked the Indians before, and now I have to bet them (even after their collapse last night in Detroit... sigh).

Can anbody tell me the last time the Rays have scored a Run???? The offense has been anemic the last 3 games. 3 Cities in 4 Days and if you really want the biggest reason Cleveland is 9-0 their last 9 at home against TB. However, this game is just wild, The Indians lost again yesterday after being up 6-0! I like the Under 8.5/9 in this game...
