Do the Phillies have a Nutrionist and competent Strength Coach.
He needs to lose 35 -50 pounds ![]()

I'm a big Phils and O's fan and as much as I want to like him I can't. He's listed at 235 lbs but I think that's on the light side. The man needs to start games in the 2nd inning bc he has now allowed 11 1st inning runs ![]()

That's what teams do but I don't know why. I used to get a program at sporting events and many players sizes were obvious exaggerations. I saw Princeton when Pete Carril coached and they maybe had 2 guys bigger than 6'5' but the program listed 6 players at 6'6" and taller. I was as tall as their 6'5" guys haha

Sure did. Everything including wrestling. Had Steph Curry range in Bball and the coach recruited me from gym class haha. My best sport was soccer. I transferred from regular high school to a trade school. My father owned his own janitor business and suffered a stroke so I had take off school and ran the business for awhile to support the family. I was working everyday and my soccer career took a back seat. I eventually returned to school but I still worked at night with the business bc recovering from his stroke was a long process for my dad. Somehow my soccer coaches from my 1st HS found out I wasn't playing and both showed up to school one day and I was called to the office and there was a big meeting with the AD, coaches etc and they wanted to know why I wasn't playing anymore. I was college material and maybe beyond and they were talking me up to colleges. Sorry, long winded explanation. I'll tell you though, I never regretted helping my dad and would have done it over again.
