Nationals ML / Nationals F5
Main angle is fading Wacha. KC has lost his last six starts, and his recent form has not been good. Foster Griffin has been solid for Washington, and the Nats bats are swinging it

Astros F5 -0.5
Not interested in laying the full-game ML price with Houston, but first five makes sense. Hunter Brown gives them the starting-pitching edge, and Houston should have a good matchup against Valdez with all those right-handed batsS

Nationals Team Total Over
This ties into the Wacha fade. Washington’s offense has been doing damage, and even if Wacha survives early, KC’s bullpen can still open the door late

These are still way too early thoughts and nothing is locked in yet. I may not end up playing any of them once lineups, prices, and market movement settle.
But as of right now, that’s where my head is at.

Your breakdown makes perfect sense, and I agree with the angle. I just personally can’t put money on a game until I see the confirmed lineup. For me, the matchup can look great, but I need to know who’s actually out there before I fire.

They’re righty-heavy against Foster Griffin, so it makes sense. But overall it’s not scary. The dangerous bats are Witt, Caglianone, Garcia, Marte, Perez, but the bottom third is light and Vinnie Pasquantino is missing

I know it’s on the square side, but sometimes the square side is the right side. This is a very similar setup to last night.. better offense, home field, and a Kansas City team that keeps finding ways to lose behind Wacha.
Wacha’s been in a free fall KC has lost his last six starts, and now he has to deal with a Nationals lineup that can hit him from the top down. On the other side, Foster Griffin has been steady, and this Royals lineup is still missing real thump without Pasquantino.

No one from KC's lineup has ever seen Foster Griffin, gotta like that.
Only concerns for me would be...
Griffin doesn't fair well vs right handed bats. He is a ground baller too, and KC surprisingly is 3rd in the AL in sOPS+ vs ground ballers at 109.
If I remember correctly, Griffin has spent the last 3 years pitching in Japan and came back to the bigs this year.
Good luck LV ![]()

KC stacked seven righties tonight for a reason. That is the one thing that makes me prefer full-game Nationals ML over forcing Washington F5. If Griffin has trouble with the right-handed bats early, the full-game gives Washington more time to beat Wacha and the Royals bullpen.
