They may very well win this game, but betting on the Tigers as favorites has proven to be poor investment. I've had a lot of success fading them this season as public perception says that the big names in their lineup are enough to be an elite team. In reality, this team has no speed, lacks fundamentals, has an abysmal bullpen, and is unmotivated. A team like Tampa Bay - loaded with motivated, scrappy players and a remarkable manager - is a much more valuable bet over the course of a season.
Sure, Detroit will get hot at some point, but I'll keep avoiding/fading them until they start doing the little things that win ballgames.

this game is over the Tigers never show comeback ability or fight. It is a team made up of slow lazy hitters that do not perform. Miguel Cabrera and Justin Verlander are their only competitors that are consistent and clutch. I guess none of us should expect anything because the Tigers are 3 games under .500 and the Indians are the first place team in one of the worst divisions in baseball
