Your idea isnt much better, thats the point here pal. Try it if you want, act as baller as you want, but its a bad idea.

You are practically betting it wont be a 1 run game, and you win. 

I mean look at the stats this season...The Pirates have played in the most 1 run games this year, 34 times in 86 games...that means he would have won 52 times and lost 34 betting pirates games, and that is the most times he would have lost per team...

I see nothing wrong with this

Yeah I'm a really big baller betting $10. Ohh yeah I also said no one ever tried this before too. You and your little comedian friend are as illiterate as they come. I really don't care if this loses. If it loses it loses, wins it wins. I just want to try this for today and see what happens. I didn't say anywhere I will make bank, or that i'm a baller or I have an idea no one has ever tried before! Learn to read a little bit instead of coming in and acting like a jackass. Exactly I'm looking at this as a prop. Winning team wins by more than one. Just something I want to try and see how it works. Idk why everyone is hating

Pirates won 52 times netting him .5 or 1 Unit at best

Lost 34 times losing 2 Units

I found a thread at SBR of someone doing this with just the Yanks and the Rangers every game first half and netting a 1800 profit. His bets are $100 a game

I would probably stay away from low scoring teams and you might be ok...and for sure stay away from the NL West

Yeah that's what I'm going to try to do. When you break the numbers it does seem like a bad idea but some guy did make 1800 profit first half doing this. Not saying it's going to work for me but no harm in trying. And lol @ the box who made a new account. I swear some people are scared on the internet? haha

Why is everyone on this guy's case? Leave him alone. If he wants to try it and see how it goes, more power to him.

And, for what it's worth, 13 out of the 20 games completed so far since the all star break would have shown a profit under this scenario.

Oh yeah...and just in the last week alone before the all-star break, only 29 out of 101 games were 1-run games. I would say a 85-36 record of showing profit is better than the majority of people around here.

I'm not a fan of arbitrarily putting MY money on games based on a system like this but why rag on someone for trying? Especially with a system that would have done extremely well in the last 8+ days of baseball?

Thank you sir. It helps when under dogs win with this. Looking over games for tomorrow. Twins and A's game is really nice. Both teams at -1.5 have very good odds. Cleveland vs Toronto also looks good. I like the odds on the Pitt game but the play way too many close games.
