This game sums up relief pitching to a "T".

 

Bottom of the 9th you throw a text book hanging curve ball to the tie the game.

10th inning, 0-2 2 outs 2&3rd and you cant get him to fish out of the strike zone. Instead you give up the game winner.

What is a relief pitcher?

Someone who is not good enough to start.
