Cliff Lee will get shelled. &#xD;&#xA;One thing you have to remember about the guy, is that he went to the NL and Dominated. He wasn&#x27;t to great against the AL.&#xD;&#xA;The yanks are going to dominate him and 5 out of the 9 starting lineup hit over .300 lifetime against him and 2 more over .275.&#xD;&#xA;I look for CC to struggle tonight. I think that Phili is going to give him fits even though they have a lot of leftys against them. &#xD;&#xA;Looking to see 8-5 phils.

agreed that cliffy will get tagged manana but i think cc will as well. too much value to not take lee but i fear that that is exactly what the books want me to think. any excuse i can come up with to bet against the yankees and im in.

He has also pitched well against New York this year and for his career for the most part.....he may very well get shelled but I don&#x27;t see anything in his past vs the AL or the Yankees that would indicate that happening tonight.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;That said, I&#x27;d be damn happy to see 8-5 Phils &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;GL tonight kuddish

yeah, this isn&#x27;t the NL west with the nationals and braves..this is the big time and I don&#x27;t think LEE is going to be able to do enough to quiet those yankee bats.the yankees have very little trouble with left-handed pitching...while howard really struggles w/ lefties.CC has been unhittable and I&#x27;ll take the yank bullpen over what the phils throw out there any day.still, if they can get contributions from guys like ibanez and victorino it will really put pressure on the yankees.

CC also has had his struggles against the phils with somewhere around a 5.5 ERA against them.

Last time these 2 pitchers dueled the final score was 10-2 with Lee getting the win and CC getting a no decision.

good breakdown in this thread....&#xD;&#xA;weather rarely plays a roll....I&#x27;ve been on plenty of unders in cold ass rainy games thinking it plays a factor but with the heated dugouts and all the technology and the talent of these guys it rarely plays a roll.&#xD;&#xA;Two incredible O&#x27;s vs two phenomenal pitchers.  I think a little nerves by the pitchers and some adrenaline from the O&#x27;s get this thing Over the number....but damn the stats on these two gunslingers in the last 3 games makes you thik twice on the Over.
