True, however Brazil would match up much better against anyone other then Germany. Its clear Brazil is going to win, Japan just cleared a much easier path to the Cup.

I never read any poker books (front to back), I (1) learned from experience and (2) watched instructional videos.  I found this much more helpful than reading a book...  But it just depends on your learning style I guess.

I'm from the midwest, and if your a good looking girl, poker out here is easy money.  I've seen stupid old guys make the dumbest plays vs girls out here.  Makes me jealous.

I assume you're making your comments based off the Brazil Men's Team.

The Women's Team is not on the same level.

SJP  women's Brazil is not on the same level as the Mens team, true. However I'm pretty sure you can say that about every country. Soccer is large in Brazil so if the World Cup can get Brazil more recognition, well its obvious they are trying.
When the neutral crowd is booing the winning team, there's something wrong.

Huh???? That makes no sense. I don't see any correlation between the World Cup (supposedly) losing money and how a Brazil victory would change that even if it were true. FIFA are the governing body for Women's Football and the World Cup and they're awash with money.

The truth is, this tournament has been a HUGE success apart from the inconsistent refereeing and bodes well for women's football going forward.

The fans let the refs know they made a mistake...if there was ever a time to make up for it, its going to be now after the tie game....

They make money from marketing. Marta seems to be the only "marketing" I've seen for this tourney. Do you think the NBA would make more or less money with LeBron and Kobe out of the playoffs? There's never enough money, no matter how much you have.
