I watched the game until Ramos hit the HR in the 9th. I didn't see the Dodgers rally and I would NEVER have believed it if you had told me!!! Seems to me, fielding isn't important in MLB. How many times has Taylor made that kind of play??? 10K+???

I have been doing well with totals. The teams with the worst pens usually go over, and trends usually go back to 50% TOR was killing the under on the road, but now they are going over at home.

A man after my own heart. Keep focusing on the bullpens and you'll keep on doing well. The public focuses in too heavily on the bats and starting pitchers so an edge definately exists in knowing things like: how much rest the bullpen is on last 7 days, since last game etc. I'll share some bullpen systems of mine later on.

It depends. There are definately some sweet areas later in the regular season where you can go against the grain on stats like 'season to date errors per game by the fielding'
The reality: it DOES matter, but is analyzed terribly; and for guys like us, that means $$$ if we can have a slightly different perspective on things.

I meant a lot of these players don't know the finer skills in baseball. Nor do they understand the rules I was taught in Little League. Let's say, "protect the plate with 2 strikes". So many of these guys don't care about this rule and when they strike out on a close pitch then wine and biitch and it's the "umps fault." They do anything to "look good" at the plate but when it comes to being a "team player" HELLLLLL NO!!! They have their swanky do and they don't care about a 10 pitch AB to wear the pitcher down. I am a prima donna and I get paid to hit and it's no big deal tobe "swing happy" like a pinata bash, just as long as I "look good"

I agree fielding makes a difference, look at the games the cubs lost when they where playing Castro at short years ago. Thanks for the write ups Herb, hope you have a play tonight!

I've been dry in terms of plays coming up. Yesterday my best lean was Texas and they lost. Today my best lean is on Philadelphia, but I have too many things to like about SFO so passing again today.

Working on today's stuff. I don't usually bet a lot in July. Favorites are, historically, money on the blind this month and it isn't my thing to bet them usually.
