I grew up in Seattle, but moved to Austin in 2001. You have to take into account the weather here. The Seattle guys are going to be fatigued after backing practice. It's so freakin hot in Arlington right now. It's been in the low 100's. I know for a fact it doesn't get warm in Seattle for another month and hot is 85. Unless the training staff has these guys full of fluids (which I doubt) they will be warn out and fatigued from the heat. This is coming from a die hard Mariners fan.
The bet indeed is the Rangers..

I appreciate your thoughts and insights, but I think it is a little flawed...
Yes the weather is a huge deal here, but the Mariners have played here before and if the play was the Rangers just because of the weather and some other opposing team not being ready for it, then the Rangers would win every home game.
With that being said, the trainers and team doctors will be all over the fluids, they are professionals.
The part of the weather this is most important is this...you have to know how to play in it, and especially pitch in....Huge edge goes to the Rangers and Feldman...not Lee, regardless of his creditentials

A little research though will show that Cliff Lee struggles against the Rangers, and struggles even more in the Ballpark in Arlington.
Meanwhile, the average bettor thinks Feldman sucks, but in all reality has righted his ship from the struggling start he had to the season. He pitches pretty well at home, considering it is a hitter's ball park, especially when it heats up. He also has pretty solid numnbers against the Mariners.
