Just checked today's card and there is nothing that truly jumps for me to pull the trigger, except one game:
Brewers @ Mets
First 4 1/5 innings
Play: Over 3.5 runs
Would love to have your feedback on this play.
The Brewers have been quite poor in terms of hitting the ball lately, however I do feel they will have higher chances of doing so against Pelfrey. Just a few months ago, Pelfrey faced the Brewers and got 4 hits and 2 runs in 6 innings pitched. Both runs came before the 5th inning.
Marcum last appearance was not that different with 5 hits and 1 run in 7 innings.
New York Mets if they want to win the game they will have to do it with their starting "force" as their bullpen is weaker when compared with the Brewers.
The Over for this game will highly depend on the hitting level of the Mets in the early game as the Brewers bullpen won't be easy to hit. Since we need the Mets to hit from early stages, as well as the Brewers, I feel the safest play for this game is the one I mentioned before.
What do you guys think? Would really appreciate to have your feedback.
BOL to you all.
