Kirby is the more well known of the two starters today, but Burrows hasn't been terrible aside from his debut. He's hurt himself a bit with walks, so if he cleans that up, he could be someone to keep an eye on. Before this series with the Astros started, Seattle had scored more than 3 runs just one time in the previous 7 games. No one is going to confuse Burrows with Nolan Ryan, but I think he can keep the Ms bats down. Houston has been hitting, like crazy actually. They just can't pitch. They have too much offensive talent for this losing streak to continue.

Nelsons metrics are pretty damn bad. Everything is well below average. Kramer hasn't pitched yet this year, but his lone start vs this line up last year wasn't good. 4.2 IP, 8 hits, 6 ER on 3 longballs. Snakes bats are hitting, except for Marte, and we know he will eventually come around. The weather at Camden will be perfect, with a light breeze blowing out to right center.
Angels/Yankees Over 9.5 -110
Love to play overs at Yankee Stadium. The place is as small as they come, especially to right. We will get double digit winds for most of the night, heading out to left, so no fly ball is safe today. Kikuchi has been getting blasted his last two starts, and the Yankees line up can cause a lot of havoc on their own. But the Halos offense has been good too. They've hit the third most HRs in baseball, and are middle of the pack in most categories. Warren has been good so far this year, but this stadium will turn good pitchers into average pitchers.
Marlins/Braves Over 8.5 +100
Neither starter is going to be able to shut down the oppositions offense. The Braves are gonna hit. They got shut out one game in their last series vs Cleveland, and still scored 24 runs in the series. Miami, has scored a total of 3...yes 3 runs in their last three games, but they have a top 10 hitting offense on the season, so hoping getting out of Detroit was all they needed. ATL can get to this number on their own though.
Rangers/Athletics Over 8.5 -110
This is a ballpark play. This place is a launching pad, as we found out last year. The As haven't played but 3 games here so far this year, but in those 3 games the total runs scored were 15, 11, and 22, vs the Astros. Severino hasn't been good. Neither has Eovaldi.

Well. I got Josh Naylored in that one.

I was waiting for AJ to come to the plate in bottom nine to give us a walk-off 3rd homer. Might have even been a slammer but I'll take 21. Nice Vegas number...
