1-0 yesterday hitting on the Astros. Great to see them get a sweep, even if it was against the Mets who I have a feeling are going to fall off. Anyways, on to Thursday.

The Cardinals may be the hottest team in baseball right now. It is honestly hard to believe that with a win today, they will be tied for the best record in baseball after 25 games. I figured they would still be in good shape to win the Central, but with no Pujols or Carpenter, I didn't expect them to be this good so far. Anyways, I just think the Pirates hitting woes are going to continue today against a pretty good pitcher in Westbrook. I don't see them scoring more than 3 runs, which will not be enough to win.
