Verlander has completely owned Kansas City throughout his career...

On the flip side, you have Danny Duffy going for the Royals in his 2nd season in the Bigs.  Last year, he faced the Tigers 3 times, and the Tigers handled him quite well  -  the ony win Duffy picked up was there he received great run support with the Tigers losing 11-8. 


I'd be cautious of betting your house  -  maybe a pink slip, or 2.

Agree that April is not kind to Verlander. But after watching his first 2 starts he looked almost on top of his game. He should have 2 wins already and nearly had a complete game shutout last time out if it were not for the 9th inning. I feel pretty confident backing him going for his 1st win tonight.

In your Op you are clowning Bochy. While I have been critical of Bochy in the past as well... he was absolute money during the Giants 2010 playoff run.

Injuries last year killed us.

Bochy is one of the better managers in MLB.
