This line is pricing the Padres' hot start, not the environment. Coors with 20+ MPH wind blowing out and 80-degree air turns this into a different game entirely-especially for a fly-ball arm like Buehler. That's danger. Meanwhile, Sugano's ground-ball profile helps keep San Diego from fully cashing in. Add in Tovar's comfort in this matchup and the usual bullpen chaos at altitude, and this sets up as a high-variance shootout. You want the plus-money side and I'd take a look at the total (11 1/2ov) in this kind of spot.
