I'm just going to say this. I play all the games just like some of the others have and i'm up almost 2g's on the season. I don't wager crazy or anything, but GH has been hot all year and now with a couple bumps in the road it won't kill my bank.
Let's go Marlins!

Covers staff just got back to me and said my request is still pending... don't know what the hell is going on since you already said you accepted it early this morning, but if you get a chance please double check later so I can still send you the PM I was hoping to send out before the show tomorrow.
You mentioned that you gotta go through a lot of requests so thanks again for doing that and hope to get this question out to you tonight

GH can you explain your florida pick... I thought the value on this game was with SF.
Luck-
I am an expert on explaining games I am winning 4-0 in the 9th. First, the Giants are a very tired team right now. They played a very tiring DH Thursday in the rain with the Nats and then went straight to Florida for a 4 game series. They won 4 out of 5 and had to be happy and the Fish really needed this game after dropping 2 of the first three with Chris Carpenter facing them tomorrow. I have a rule, Always fade a 45 year old pitcher on 3 days' rest. Randy Johnson has been solid of late but I thought this was an excellent spot to fade him. He was on 3 days rest for the first time in about 9 years and I thought it was a great letdown spot for him after picking up his 300th career win. I didn't expect him to pitch deep into the game. Sean West has been solid and has been outstanding against right handed hitters and the Giants sport 4 righties in their top 6 in the lineup. I just thought it was a very flat spot for the Giants.

Seriously? The Marlins just won 4-0 dude, NOW you want an explanation??
No offence but the game was one-sided, and its over, a right side winner; why not ask before you get down? What diff does it make now?
I have two reasons of asking.
1) I want to learn how to be a better capper and wanted some insight as to why he picked that side.
2) I'm from New Jersey but I'm currently working in Shanghai so the time difference makes it very hard to get some questions/discusion in before games start.

I really was hoping for Oak -125 today.....Outman has been outstanding and the Twinkies are struggling on the road against lefties.

Hey GH was wondering what your thoughts are on -1 lines opposed to runlines. Thanks in advance
not opposed to it by any means and it can be done by blending the Ml with the run line even if not offered at your book, but I don't do it.....I may one day add it to my repertoire.

Downsie!!! Wow that one was looking grim in the 9th - again!
I officially have the worst pen in the majors...whatever team I have, be assured, the 8th and 9th innings won't come easily.....wasn't sure Wells was going to track that one down when Blalock hit it...escaped with a win though...

GH,
I have always wondered if you make your own line before the lines come out or do you go by a feel what you are looking for after they come out? I make my own line in CBB with PR and HC which gives me an idea what it should be when the early line comes out which helps me for taking early leads. But in baseball I don't know how to do that with all the factors involved. Perhaps you have already explained this in your baseball treatise and if so I apologize.
Nice rebound today especially if Arizona can hold on.
