Would have really had a fine day if Col would have swept Arz, but was solid at 6-3. New YTD: 90-84, +23.76.

Been doing the Vegas 2-step all month, 2 steps forward, one back, and sometimes two - expect to waltz in June when some of the teams start accepting their destiny.

Wednesday's picks are not rock solid and I expect some to be decided in the 9th, but I'm only looking for 3-2, anything more is icing:

Was for $4 (nice payout if the Nats can upset Milw, 2.590 odds), SD for $4, NYM for $3, TB for $3, KC for $3. That's 4 out of 5 underdogs and the Mets essentially even odds, so with the right combination 40% could yield a net win for the day, 3-2 certainly.

5-2 yesterday and yielded the best one-day results of the year for me hitting on my 2 big upsets (Wash and Clev) and on my heavy Fla. Turned May into a good solid winning month along with April - and now we have the good months, the core of the season, June-August.
