Good for nothing? He is 5/5 in quality starts First 5 starts: 2.18 ERA, 0.79 WHIP, .178 BAA. With a little support, he could be 5-0. He looks like a steal at this point.
Only time will tell for sure, but so far the money they threw at Lilly and Marquis looks to be money damn well spent.

I was sick of losing on online gambling and sick of my Credit Card
debt, but then I found this easy online job. A Couple hours a day. and
I'm making Money that is liquid un-like the money in your sports
account. Don't you want an online account that only goes up? I thought
I could make it in Gambling, but the swings are too much. Get yourself
involved in something safe. Get the thousands of dollars you want, but
