A team can have all the talent in the world but if they don't listen or follow the might as well be the Bad News Bears on steroids!

When a player celebrates his own accomplishments e.g. flip bats, he loses his focus with the team. You can hit 70 HRs but if you aren't a team player, then you can't win a WS.

You can be the greatest hitter but if you make a ton of errors, what good are you??? Lots of players let fame get into their head and forget that they are playing against the best who know how to bring you down. Then, you bring the team down, start whining and complaining. And a lot is because some players don't understand baseball strategy. Vladimir Guerrero 449 HRs in his career, but he always thought he could beat the throw. He would get thrown out at 3rd all the time. Then, he would swing at pitches that were 3 feet outside. 

Their are tons of players from Latin America who are never taught strategy. They just know how to hit, field and throw. Their school standards are low and if you don't pass the 8th grade, you DO NOT GO TO HIGH SCHOOL! You don't even have to go to school after 9th grade. This means these players are very young and immature. It's a HUGE gamble with players like Puig and Hanley Ramirez and most times it's turns out badly. They just want to make lots of $$$
