JDK's 7/17 Plays

Question

5-2 yesterday, bringing me to 8-5 on MLB pre-game wagers since the break. I don't see too much I like today off the bat, but will do some research on later games this afternoon. Might keep it light today, but I may find some plays I wind up really liking.

-Reds F5 ML (+135)

I think there is enough edge here, especially at this price, to pull the trigger. I like F5 more than FG, and I get an extra nickel to take it. So a walk-off for the Reds after being down all game it is! At least with Feldman, it shouldn't be a complete Nats romping, but they have enjoyed their stay in Cincy, that's for sure.

Two plays for tonight I found worthy.*STL-NYM OV 9 (-105)*Royals ML (-122)Leaning SD-COL over 11 if it goes down from 11.5 (ESPN has it at 11, my book at 11.5 with -115 for the under). May go COL RL or stay off all together.

Added DET-KC UN 10.5I generally do not bet sides and totals in the same game. This total is very high to me. Vargas can make a case for AL Cy Young this year. Most of Detroit&#x27;s hitters just aren&#x27;t as good on the road. Despite Zimmerman being capable of blowing up, the Royals have had a tough time scoring against him. This is not a 10.5 total kind of ball park either. Seems like the total here should be 9, mostly given the inflation of totals. Hopefully we can take advantage here.
