In his first 3 years with the Angels, I'd agree. But this year he's sequencing differently, his walks are down. And speaking of down, feels like most of his pitches break down. Still getting a tremendous amount of ground balls hit.
Maybe he's turned a corner? The Angels brought in Mike Maddux this year as pitching coach. And he's done a fine job with their entire staff if you ask me.
