You still give zero reasons why the Yankees will win other than the classic "Yankees can't lose 2 in a row at home." argument.
All I was saying is that you came into a bunch of threads and were trying to convince people not to bet the phillies tonight or for the series but you gave no input as to why.
BOL with your play but I hope the Phillies sweep and can def see it happening
Okay so I admit Pedro pitched better than I expected and NYY scored less than I expected, but I was right in that Burnett would pitch better, the bullpen would hold the lead and NYY would not only over the ML but RL too.
Therefore, I am now up 3 units today. How much are you up?
On to the point I was trying to make... if you like PHI to win the series bet on PHI tomorrow now that that series is tied. Or you can wait for Sunday because my early lean is NYY on Saturday too. Hamels has been nothing special at home and NYY hit leftys real well. Pettite has been consistent of late but PHI also hits leftys well. I am waiting on the line before deciding on the play. In either event BOL but next time you don't have to be a douche and I will be more than happy to discuss any plays. BOL again!

You and HappyKane and some other very fews are not either Yanks or Phillies homers, thus like read what you guys' thoughts on the games. No bias!!!
Thanks I like your thoughts as well. Like I said lets get together tomorrow and see if we can come up with another winner. Early lean for me is NYY again but I hate to see that they are favored. NYY hit leftys well and Hamels hasn't exactly been lights out at home. Pettite has always proven to be a big game pitcher and has been very consistent of late. That being said, PHI also hits leftys well. I have to check a couple things but we definately have a play on something on Saturday. BOL!

Very nice call, jesron. Since I didn't like to lay 2 to 1 for tonight's game, I put additional money for the series on Yankees( -120 after Phi won the first game). Since I still believe NYY would win the WS, it would also help my original bet. Any thoughts??

I still like NYY to win the WS. As a matter of fact if have 4 units on it. I just could not add any more as I figured with my PHI wins on Wednesday and my NYY wins tonight my series is freerolling and then some so I still hope it hits but I try to limit my bet sizes to no more than 5 units. I obviously hope it hits for you and I can see your logic. BOL!

Yes that is true. Game one winner has won the WS the last six years in a row. That being said dumb a$$ I have been talking about tonights game and not the series. In the one post I made about the series I said if you want to take PHI in the series (never said DONT) you should wait until NYY wins and that will inflate the line then take them. I am helping people get the best value.
Hey bro you made amazing points and i to realized that this was an impossible task for phillies to win 2 at Ny! People tend to chase the underdog bc they don't want to spend the money to make the money! Investments like today aren't going to be a give me! You have to spend the money to make it on a game like this. All the cheap asses lost today. GL Buddy and keep up the good work
