End of regular season approaching, teams that have nothing to play for

All teams have 15 to 17 games left , a team which is behind the team above them by 7 or 8 wins has basically no chance to come back ( they would have to win 10 or 11 and the team above lose 10 or 11 ) so after 125 games we can question their general motivation or attitude to actually making an effort , it&#x27;s just human that after 6 months and them not reaching the objective of making for the play offs they might just not be motivated and want to end the season , even though i know it&#x27;s their job to be on the field but still their general attitude and mood could just be down , so betting agaisnt them could be worth it.
