Dave Parker was elected to the Hall of Fame by a special committee in December. The induction ceremony in Cooperstown, New York is set for July 27.

Loved kingman,,, big Mets fan when we got him back in like 81 i was excited as hell.Never forget in like 75 0r maybe 76’he had like 30 plus hrs at the allstar break than dove for a ball in right field and broke his finger and that was it thought he would be close to babe and Mari’s that year

 Yep I agree Finny. Grew up in Pittsburgh watching the 70's Pirates. Greatest time for Pirate Baseball. How times have changed around here. Sell the team Bob !

peace_5must be getting old lol -I remember the days of Kingman and Mike Schmidt duking it out for the NL HR title--back when 30 home runs was great and over 40 was exceptional!
