Daily Double for Today

For anyone that doesn't know. The Daily Double consists of my 2 automated betting models. Each day I play and release the Top Side as well as the Top Total. We are currently playing the selections in a (1-2-4) unit progression. 

The thread began on June 6

I do no handicapping of any kind. I don't want anyone's opinions of games (not even my own). I do not watch any games that I wager on.

There will be very little football included in the Daily Double, there just aren't enough games.

No problem right now guys. I'll post every day if possible, as long as we do well. I do have some side projects coming up but hopefully they won't occupy all my time. I've got a side business that ive started (non gambling related). It's supposed to keep me busy weekdays until noon but u know how that can be. 

If your really interested in my 2 betting models, I plan on using the Top Power Number for baseball and hockey only. I am not going to try and adapt it to spread betting. But the Top Power Numbers in baseball and hockey can be used almost year round. 

The Top Automated Total should do well in all sports. This model actually began a few years ago with college basketball but I have never focused on just The Top Total until now. That began in this thread on June 6.

I'll show you one to monitor. 

Minnesota Under 175.5 tonight in the WNBA. I have this total at 170, a full 5.5pts off. 

I'm not betting this, it's just for conversation but it's possible I may use over the All Star break if it tracks well.

I'm not anymore. I'm basically retired now. Have 2 side hustles, one is what you see right here. Hope it becomes a stream of income I can count on.

My hard work went into building the models. It takes a lot to become an "overnight success". A lot of work, a lot of time, money invested and a little bit of luck. You just see the sausage, u don't see what it takes to make that sausage.

I see a lot of the movie Moneyball, in what I'm doing. I'm getting everything down to one number. For me that's what it's all about. Getting both models down to one daily working number. 

Then I have a home office, with a treadmill. I spend a lot of the games in there, just score watching. I never, ever watch a game that I have a wager on and I try to never comment on anything during the games.

Just to answer a couple other questions.

I'll be ready for the NHL, each team will need to have 5-10 games played before I can start. I'll need the Top NHL Power Number to be at a (+15) before I start and I won't know the exact date or day until we get to this point. But the more games played, the better the model should get and man if that holds true for baseball this season, we have something special. I've told some people that this could be a special season. 

And yes the Top MLB Power Number and the Top MLB  Automated Total could come from the same game. They are two complete separate betting models.

So you're off your progressive pattern now and just betting 2 units all the time ?

I've went round and round with myself, with this question. Let me answer it like this. All my plays will either be for 1, 2 or 4 units. With the vast majority either 1 or 2 units. In this thread, I've posted 56 plays, only 3 of those have been for 4 units. 

So today, both plays are two units. 

I see nothing wrong with playing the Daily Double in a 

1, 2, 4 unit progression 

Or simply

2 units on each

I really don't think it's that important to nail down a final answer. So I'll leave it unanswered for now. 

Just know, I'll list how many units the play is for. And almost every play will be either 1 or 2 units. U won't ever see a play higher than 4 units.
