i could see this match going either way at the moment, im guessing easton as probably awarded that second round because of the take down.

I think I got a little lucky with that decision...

It ended up being much closer than I expected.  I was really impressed with Papzian's striking and takedown defense.

That was definitely the fight of the night winner...

Man, all 3 rounds were very close.  I thought Papazian probably took the first round.

yeah, i saw it the same way. im not saying easton did not win im just saying it was more closer to 2 rounds to 1.

I agree, but I can also understand how a judge could have scored it 30-27.

Just because it was a close fight, doesn't mean it can't be 30-27.

If you can't pinpoint a round that Papazian won, even though they were close, then Easton deserves a 30-27.

i think the first and third round could have gone either way but if i had to pinpoint a round that went in papazians favor i would say it was the third.

BTW, I am actually not minding the commentary team of Anik and Florian.  They are no Goldberg and Rogan, but they are definitely not a bad team.
