Two guys trending in different directions. Glover is on his way out while Smith is cementing himself atop 205 class. He wins this one and takes on winner of Bones v Santos.

This is a main card fight. 5 rounds. Glover hasnt gone 5 rounds since 2017 where he lost to Gustafsson in the 5th by TKO - and he hasnt gotten any younger. Not saying this will go 5. But Glover hasnt knocked anyone out since he fought Misha Cirkunov 3 years ago who gets knocked out just about every fight lol. On top of it the only way I see Glover winning this one is by submission - and Smith hasnt been submitted int he UFC yet

Talked me into Smith for sure.  Where OSP gonna find a Rothwell to train against?  First heavyweight fight? OSP a wrestler vs a bigger catch wrestler? Vegas is against me so I expect push back as Ben's not been winning.

Rothwell lost both rounds vs Struve. A few kicks to the nuts would slow me down too if I was Struve.

Smith has said it many times already that he wants a submission win. THE CORRECT strategic approach for smith in this fight would be to wear him down and go for a late submission in late 4's early 5's.

In the ufc yes glover has more exp then Smith. But overall fights smith has glover beat. 

Smith if a legend killer. Took down rashaad Evans. Took down sho gun. Both former ufc champions. Smith will have his main event soon just wait.

also this man has about 30 bouts before ever entering the ufc. Small venue / empty crowd experience and a man on a mission to get back a title fight v Jones
