I just noticed that I am listed as the weekly winner for last week in CFL. Although, I am tied with an 8-0 record. Is the deciding factor the person who submitted his/her picks earlier. If so do I qualify for the cap?

SGB14, For any league contest overall standings, members who are tied with equal units - the tie breaker rules are (1) winning percentage (2) Total number of picks (3) member who made the first pick within the contest (time stamp). ||Peace_5.gif' border=0> W-T
