line moves.....

i picked some nba pix this morning (EST) and since then, the line has moved... i picked phoenix at -9 now its 9 1/2 and i picked toronto at +2 and now it is +1 1/2.( just to name a few). and instead of giving me the line I picked it at, they seem to be giving me the up to minute line... can anyone clear this up for me? i had the same thing happen in the past....||paint_help.gif' border=0> thanks||Peace_5.gif' border=0>
