Can Not Compute Monthly Handicapper Leaderboard

That may be good news for most people because I was only doing this every month because about 40 or so players asked me to continue after I stopped a couple years ago.

So to those 40 or so I can no longer figure out this leaderboard because a lot of the information I used to use is no longer available to me.
