changed my limit price to 50 pips 130.51 this pair could fall like a rock if the bears getting pushing tonight.  

i got out here -$180 on that trade. kinda scared of what could happen on this pair if the bears come back full force tonight and the usm drops below 1065 on snp tomorrow. Ill re-evaluate the pair later. i can diffently take being down $150 this early in the week.  my stomach didnt like this position so ill go with my gut, its gotta be right sometime lol .

real tempted to get back in 3 lots back here at support 129.06 but i think this will crack. 

I got no problem jumping in long here..2 lots ill set a limit for 100 and see if it goes or not...129.20 entry..missed the low by a few mins we were out to lunch...should be home around 5am or so ill check in then

looking for an entry here too. fucking forex trader platform has been giving me trouble all day i see this pair when it was 128.40ish but i couldnt view the chart to see if i could get a better price S2 is 127.91 gonna sit and watch for a minute. wow euro markets are amost all down 4% and dow futures -189  WTF i sold my smn last week thursday expecting them to not let this fall below 1065 on S&P which it did, thought i was Mr.Smartguy now they are killing the markets. 

good news is i got 128.40 bad news is i coulda got 128.20 if i waited 3 minutes. it looks like itwill touch S2  support around 127.91 area

added 1 more lot at support now i have 4 lots @ 128.32 shoulda just waited. knew it was gonna touch that support area, but im happy with this entry here. 

Got out of this one for a real small loss yesterday.

Well i havent touched it again yet,lets see what today brings..i will be going back to my USD trades after this one

 

I do my charting and I find real specific spots to get in and out. I am not in to make a killing in one trade. If I see a clear point where I know hey this trade is only good for 8 pips I will do it. And get out even tho the trade might very well be worth 20 pips. I stick to my rules and not emotions. If I am wrong o well i will take a small loss.I was doing it this morning 4 or 5 times already where i got in and out in less then 20 minutes for a 8-13 Pip movement. Yes I know It is risky but i do have stop losses in place that are rather tight.

High, when you go for those short term scalps are you also dropping down to one minute or 5 minute charts?  I know that when I was scalping I found that there was a world of difference.  Also I found that the candle techniques were more pronounced. 

I would set all of my charts to 5 min, and look for sideways movement, or a short range, then Wait for the doji,  sometimes I would wait for an hour, but when the doji came, I would look at the very next candle and if it was green I was long, if it was red I was short.

Simple, Simple strategy, but when it goes wrong, man does it go wrong. 



Currently riding out another short of EUR/USD, I have been in this guy since Friday,
@ 1.2541,  has been good for 300+pips,

I got in on Friday when I noticed that the 38% fib has been pretty solid resistance, and was amazed at what happened on Sunday and Monday.

It is showing weak signs of reversal right now before the old low. 

Will be monitoring, anyone else profiting from the breakdown of the EU? 

I dont know if you guys use MT4 or not but ive taking trades from signals that match signals on my pro charts and the results have been awesome..most of the signals they generate are good but if a pair is going nuts it will just keep saying sell,sell,sell, all the way up...but look at the charts ive been posting the signals are the arrows and the red dots on the tops and bottoms of the candles are DI crosses...i love this platform working with my pro platform it has me making a few less trades but ive been going for more pips..

EU was an dead shrt at open with all the news over the weekend just isnt getting any better anywhere...i got in and out of EU/LB,had the 50 cross above the 100MA easy shrt..heres the chart...

Spanton has been cleaning up..a few weeks ago he had days back to back where he made over 2000 pips and 3000 pips,but he will shrt basket trades meaning if he shrts EU he takes it across several pairs..

So I have been away for several days, it seems when I am out that the market goes straight down..very crazy.

I come back and my laptop crashed again so I am without my program to even login. I can estimate based on what I know I did, but for any exact numbers I dont have it.

I placed the orders I listed in this thread before I left and I am sure those are executed..which are 129.50, 128.25, 127 even.

At max I added 3 more lots..but I am not sure it hit 127 did it? I would prefer it did but looking at charts I can access without my platform I am not sure it went below 127.

With those adds I imagine my average is down to 130, maybe slightly lower.

Ive been under water a TON more than this and given the drop in the equity markets, the pair has really held in pretty well..

Yeah this is nothing Wall...we saw 126 and change so you got that last fill...we'll see if it makes new lows if not pulling a fib off this move so far at our levels should lead to healthy profits ,if it takes a few days so be it

One average wouldve had me up 130 pips on 4 lots but i didnt do it...still up 70 on 2 lots...30 more baby

damn i coulda got 200 pips outta that one but a good trade none the less 100 pips on 4 lots ill take. i also scalped that trade this morning for i think $100 too. 

Gotta love this market..and these conditions too..they run this puppy and we may still see 135 this week...but will they keep fluffing up the stocks...we saw 9770s[DOW] tested just like i called out on the 20th...downside leads to 9500 next if that fails 9000...

buck, I had a strong feel around noon that they were going to rally the market back..the lows were set early and they kept testing higher and backfilling, then the futures buying almost brought it positive..to think they reversed it over 300 points from the morning with zippo news, that for sure is 100% manipulation.
