Warming up to an EU.AU short here...

Moved up nearly 200 pips since yesterday.

Everything being pushed/pulled by the USM and the issues surrounding the Greece/Portugal situation.

Short the EU.AU at 1.4825, looking to short the EU.US at 1.3425 if it gets there.

The spread on the EU.AU is a joke, almost not worth trading it.

i thought we'd see some retrace this morning....how can USD gain on CAD but slip vs JPY guess i shorted the wrong pair

Overbought and there are still many issues on the plate aside from Greece which should hit the Euro.

im about to bail on my CAD trade and go into the weekend with no positions

You arent down much on it, but shorting on the lows here was an interesting call..much like my shorting the EU at these levels I guess..

I was just looking for some pullback b4 close...which it did but it ran up 30 first...lol...i still like CAD higher next week..

Reading around it looks like EU gonna gap higher...seeing it went it over 1.35 now down to 1.3470s....i shoulda jumped in a long....i was looking foir 1.34 to come b4 the end of last week and it looks like its here....

Time to start the week boys....lets make some $$$$$

Well it almost closed that gap and is already pushing higher again...dont see much at the moment...EU/JPY is getting an ADX/+DI  cross but there pair is crazy ill just wait

You long the EU?

I got up on the short for a moment..tried to short again but was looking for 1.3525 which would have netted me a NICE gain but it missed when it dropped below 1.35.

I am up on the EU.AU short, finally broke 1.48, I am looking for 75 pips, maybe 100..I think it goes back to 1.47..

I am also actually OK if I were to get short another lot on the EU.US short because I really do think that the EU is not done getting tossed around..shorts are all over it and there are more members likely to hit up the EU for money, which means more downside.

Out of the EU.AU for my 100 pips..thats the good news.

Still working on the EU.US trade.

I see some double and triple tops on these LB.Yen and EU.Yen trades..makes me very interested to short.

I will wait and see what the reaction is with the markets opening first.

I been watching and waiting for some kind of top or an indicator to roll for me...not messin with EU/$ until it clears up a bit though the slow stochs have rolled over so maybe a drop...

Dont know why i didnt pull the trigger on $/Cad when it hit 1.0180s...i knew it would bounce from there..id be out already with good profit...think long think wrong

Reading other forums i see peeps wanting to short $/JPY,i just dont see it...but im not in it so let them have a drop ill be waiting for another buy at the bottom

I dont have any positions at the moment..the daily on $/JPY looks like a drop may be in the card with RSI sitting on 75 and stochs crossing over in the low 90s...but we have NFPs this week...on a day when many baks will be closed and alot of investors on vacation with spring break...i have thought for awhile now we"d see this pair move closer to 100 but its yet to come.

Theres no telling which way its gonna go...read around and you can find any opinion you like as far as the #s we will see for Fridays release...this just clouds the view that much more..so ill wait for a sign in the charts even if it doesnt lead to large gains should be some good scalps to be had this week

Im waiting for one of my crosses b4 i make my next move..although one tactic has been to sell any of the gains made in NY trading and has been working for many last few weeks..choose wisely

Not a pair i trade but it does look like a long position would be the way to go..the dollar index is trying to hold 81.5 area...looks like a cross of the DI is coming in the next few days@ stochs have crossed...maybe a weaker in the coming days...

I try to stick to trading mainly 5 pairs EU/$...$/JPY...LB/$...AU/$....EU/LB...i trade $/CAD and $/CHF but not very often these two have got me a few times and seem to know when im long/short and just run against me...

Thats not to say the other pairs are harder to trade just easier for me to try and "get to know" a lesser # of pairs...

Look at AU/JPY fight the 85 level now...maybe good for some scalps in this area as it try toss this level....

Wall trading in both markets do you watch the dollar index chart?

This looked good a few days ago...now??We have data all week that should make for some good trading....tomorrow Consumer Confidence10am...

I think the dollar index is a function of the US markets..I do watch the index but the correlation has just been too strong for too long..factor in the other issues and you can really tell what could and should happen.

Market up= Dollar down..less so lately because of the weakness in the LB and EU, but still it exists..

Market down= Yen and USD up..with a stronger move down in the AU and EU and lesser so the LB.

I think the EU will go lower, maybe not today or tomorrow but there is an overhang like when Greece was unfolding (and still is) that the momentum just isnt there to the upside.

Today was a total snoozer..tight boring ranges for the most part after the first hour in the markets..

Averaged up on my LB.Yen short, also stupidly did NOT average up (thought I had a standing order) on the EU.US short which would have put me up 150 pips by now.
