Was planning to go tommorrow but it's a prety crappy card. Decided to head down their for the later races today.
R6, I'll be on #8 Singapore Thunder for owner/trainer Plesa. he ran into a tough winner in his last & he's had a couple of good works since then. I'm giving #7 Oh No The Alarm a second look where we have another own/trainer in Kaplan who has his go to guy in Levya. Neither have done much at the meet but this is the type this combo brings home aka Musical Romance in the BC sprint.
R7, I'll take a long look at a firster out of More Than Ready in #7 Back In A Minute. This short 5FT looks wide open to me.
R8, this is the "Catch Little Nick" race but I think #1 Dark Cove, Hound's #3 Nikki's Sandcastle & #4 Ducduc will do just that.
R9, I like #1 Abdel's Ghost to win another & against my better judgement #10 Romantic Channel in the finale. I'm also giving #11 Phineus a look. His last was not as bad as it may look

Like Nikki's Sandcastle for the 3rd race in a row. I think she should have won her last two races at 8.5 furlongs. Also think the #9 or #10 could steal this.
Good Luck

My bets on the 8th at Gulfstream
#3 Nikki's Sandcastle to win
Exacta 3 / 1, 4, 9, 10
Exacta 1, 4, 9, 10 / 3
Exacta 9, 10 / 1, 3, 4
Exacta 1, 3, 4 / 9, 10

Nice call on Singapore midnight, where the hell did he come from. Thought he had no chance, yet won in hand.
ram..he got crunched coming out of the gate & I'm glad Bravo was able to stay up. He was still out of it late & began passing tired horses & maybe that gave him some courage because he just kept going to the wire...

Another good call abdels ghost midnight, didnt know if he got it or not but. This time I listened.
ram..it looked to me like saez passed Ghost at one point but was bearing out badly. Maragh kept Ghost straight & that was just enough for the win.
I had to sweat out the late DD watching Leparoux nurse Romantic Channel the distance. Looked like he got into some trouble but he just got up by about a length. I wheeled him in the ex so I wsa real happy to see Sanchez keep his 35-1 up for 2nd with the late charging chalk coming to him. The ex paid $239 & a decent $28 late double. It was a really good day....
