I’m not saying they should fire all the current ones and hire smoking hot 21 year olds with huge tits to replace them, but why don’t they hire some ones that are at least mildly attractive? It seems almost all of them that appear on Sports Center or ESPN NEWS are just average looking women in their 40’s or 50’s.

Erin Andrews is certainly better looking than most women on ESPN, but that doesn’t make her hot. A lot of her “good looks” are brought about because most of the time when we see her its after seeing nothing but men for half an hour. Any decent looking woman would look better after that.
It also doesn’t hurt when your counterpart is a disgusting miss piggy looking 250 pounder.
