Alright first of all i do find some black woman attractive.  I am more attracted to white women but who gives a shit.  If you like asian, black, white, puerto rican etc I don't care.  i do not find Minaj very attractive.  ok to answer the original question i would rate her an average 5 out of a 10.  Now if we are talking about Shakira i would go up around the nine or close to a ten.  I love woman of all shapes and sizes thick and thin. sure minaj might not look some of our way but who cares when there are way better looking women out there.
