I rarely buy them but i cashed 50 on a 5 tic one time.I remember when they 1st came out in these parts and a group of friends rode all around the county buying and scratching like monkeys.
I was there for the smoke and now and then threw 5, this went on for about 2 weeks till they figured out that it was a loosing prop.So long ago.

$1000 on a $20 ticket.
Locally we had two guys win $1 million a few years back. They bought a $20 ticket and it won a free ticket so they went back in and got that one. That was the $1million winner. I don't know the two guys but someone told me that if they didn't blow the money on drugs and person on the way home from Atlanta, it would all be gone within six months for sure.

$500 on a $10 ticket. I wanted to buy only one ticket but the guy says, "there's four left on the roll". So I spent $40. Nothing on the first three, the $500 winner was the very last ticket on the roll. Rarely do I buy scratch tickets, was just getting some gas and had the itch.
