if you know the seal boys then you have.... hot tuna.....
grew up in vb, then lived there for about two years a couple of years ago to help build a business with my dad.  also worked at hot tuna for fun...  good times....

haha lol.  that was my wednesday night spot.  i lived across the street from cp shuckers. so i spent half my life in there drinking and sweating games.

Years back, a group of my friends played in a charity basketball game against Giants.  Lawrence Taylor was playing in the game and still playing with Giants at the time.  My friends were all ex-jocks and really good baketball players.  They were kicking the Giants behind at halftime, LT goes up to one of my friends and tells him, " We do not lose these games".  3rd quarter starts and Giants start hard fouling, I'm mean hard.  One of my friends gets rebound and LT elbows him in face, hard.  Another gets tackled on a break away.  They had to take a dive so Giants will win.  This is a charity game!  My friend had the biggest black eye from the elbow.   A charity game.

I played ball w/Luis at South Alabama and if nothing else posted in here is true I know the above stmt is. Luis is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He would treat everyone he met with courtesy and respect regardless of whether you were a geek or another athlete. He is a truly class guy.

I have met Luis Gonzalez in Vegas, and he was the nicest athlete I have met; they say he is the nicest guy in Baseball which is impressive.

Grant Fuhr used to have a massive problem with nose candy. One of his Stanley Cup Champs rings is still in a pawnshop in Edmonton.

When I was a freshman in college at Penn State years ago
I had to go to these bullshit speeches for a psychology class.
One of them was a drug/alchohol speech by who else than
Mercury Morris! I walked in totally late to the speech and Mercury was speaking in this big ass hall and stopped the speech and was pissed as a mo fo that I walked in late for his bs speech. He looked at me and was fuckin pissed as hell but just managed to
say "take a seat slim and stop playing around".
It was amazing he did not lose it on me as I was smiling and walking slow as hell to find my seat.
Anyway he was a real miserable dickhead; bitter, pissed, and ornery as hell! I wish I could have given him a few lines of coke to get him in a better mood!!

My friend's sister that went to Duke smoked bowls and bong hits with Christian Latner and Cherokee Parks...  Two guys that you probably would not think to be smokers...

Speaking of Philly sports, this might be pretty well known, but Lindros and Skinny Joe Merlino were boys.  They were always out together, and Lindros would leave two tickets for Merlino to every home Flyers game.

Lamont Jordan is a fucking awful poker player.  the biggest benefactors to him being traded to the Pats are the foxwood rounders.  He blinks alot when he's bluffing foxwoods!  The wynn will miss u Lamont

1---I used to fuck Roy Halliday's girlfriend,  rebecca when i was a junior in college at the time he was a  AA pitcher in dunedin florida,,  they are both from denver, tried to make a long distance relationship work.  didn't work.

2--MJ has a condo in park city and co owns a racing team with larry h miller, owner of the jazz, my ex girlfriend's best friend's hubby was in charge of securtity of him while he was in salt lake,  bought my girlfriend at the time a ton of drinks, and was flirting with her.  i could have cared less if she slept with MJ

3---Justin Duetscher of the oakland a's was dating a girl i knew from utah,  long distance relationship,  he was engaged to another girl, one day this broad was watching sportscenter,  and found out from the espn anchor about his wedding to be. 

4-----andree agassi is a straight stud,   used to know him when i was a kid,  played the same tennis tounrys.

I'll share my story. It is 100% true. I live in Jacksonville FL and this happened about 4-5 years ago. I had just left my condo that I had shared with 2 other roommates and was headed to a party close by. I had just opened up a steel reserve cause I figured since the party was so close it wouldn't matter if I drank a little while I drove.

The road outside of the condo complex was a winding road and I noticed this car was speeding up when I was trying to pass it. So soon I was going way over the speed limit to pass this car. I even looked at them and made a stupid face (like an idiot that I am). Well as soon as I pass the car, my car ends up going into a spin due to the winding road. The car behind me that I made a face at flew off the road over a median to avoid hitting me. Another car also spun out behind me. As my car was spinning uncontrollably (with no seat belt mind you) I thought I was surely going to go through the front window. The steel reserve was all over me by now and i ended up breaking my axle on the curb.

All I was thinking about was not getting  a DUI, so as soon as I got out I threw my beer as far as I could. One of the people that spun out as well saw me do it but ended up driving away. When to go get the beer can out of the street and threw it in some bushes and immediately went to the car that went over the median (one I had made a face at). I asked her if she was alright and I could see that she was crying and was on the phone. With beer all over me I decided to confess to the woman that I had drank just a sip but I had beer all over me and that my car reeked of alcohol due to the spill.

 Thankfully I had a pile of clothes in my back seat due to me taking laundry to my parents for washes sometimes (I know its pathetic). I told the lady I didn't want a DUI and that I was so sorry. I can't remember if it was her idea or mine but one of us decided to blame it on another car and to say they drove off. I quickly changed with spare clothes in the back of my car and prayed the cop would not go in my car. The woman was saying the cop had no reason to do so. All of a sudden all these fancy cars started showing up and then my roommates. Not knowing much about football one of my roommates pointed out that the big guy was Quinn Gray of the Jaguars. The woman turned out to be the wife or girlfriend of the player.

When the cop came we told him the bogus story we made up and no charges were filed. It horrific night was not over because since my front axle was broke I would need a towing. The cost was around $180 and when I called and told me parents this, they said they just didn't have it. When I heard this I started raising my voice to my dad saying "Im going to go to jail if I don't get this money!" I was worried that the tow truck guy may need to get into the car, smell the alcohol and then alert to the cop in which I would be screwed.

Quinn Gray hears me obviously agitated on the phone and asks me if everything is alright. After I told him I didn't have the money for the tow, he says he'll see what he can do. I couldn't believe it but he ended up PAYING MY $180 TOW! I shook hands with him and thanked him. I will never forget that incident for as long as I live. Quinn Gray possibly saved me from a DUI. My dad says I dodged a bullet that night and I agree. I never drank and drove again...

yeah, New York and New Jersey has a fascination with the mob and the  hockey fans liked keepin up with Lindros n his war with Bobby Clarke at the time. The New York Post n the Daily News used to cover those storied with Lindro n Merlino with plenty of pics in the story.
