HAHAHAHA. Pretty good rumors I'd say. Vick was CONVICTED. And based on the feds rate of success there is a 95% chance that Bonds will be convicted. And if you're talking about rumors that's all this pardon talk is right now. People close to the President say he hasn't even mentioned a possible pardon.

The fact is any high profile athlete who gets caught doing something illegal and lies about it will be grilled to no end and held accountable whether he is white or black.

Roger Clemens requested the meeting with Congress.

 Clemens can't receive a pardon until he has actually been accused,tried and convicted of something.It is most unlikely that all of that could occur before Bush leaves the Whitehouse.
