Have any of you ever thought that these top draft picks could give two $hits about the wonderlic and just basically try to get though the test as quickly as possible.  I would not doubt if it took him five minutes or less to get through this test.

Umm, no. Doing well could only help, why would anyone with any smarts tank it?

Do you really honestly think that GMs care what an athlete like Morris Peterson scores on the wonderlic?    For god sakes he man plays saftey it is not like he is a QB which honestly if he is a good athlete that probably matters little too.

You think those are the only two? Those are two of the most recognizable just like Vince Young. I'm not going to give you the score of a backup punter who is going to be cut in the preseason. 

What's really hilarious is that you would even imply that an athlete's wonderlic score could even remotely serve as a determinant for the general intelligence of an entire race/ethnicity and then follow up with the words 'facts are facts.'

No, of course not. But it's playful news fodder for idiots like the OP and his ilk to subtly take jabs at the intelligence of black athletes with a 'wink and a nod' following it up with a 'if ya know what I mean.' Just read the comments below the 'news' articles that report things like this to see who the article caters to.

(They'll deny this to the high heavens even though a guy will post in the thread saying 'blacks are the dumbest race' of which again, the OP has nary a comment for. But they're not 'racist'!)

This of course could never be proven as you can't extract bigotry from a brain cell, but his rolly-polly head that he posted underneath a post in the other thread with the word "Mammy" says all you need know to this walking tank of septic sludge.

This guy could have mailed it in and guessed C fifty times in a row, and probably would have got a higher score.  Because he scored so low, he had to be trying to answer correctly.

LSU cornerback Patrick Peterson scored the lowest of all tested in the 2011 draft....way to go LSU two years in a row top score...or should I say bottom score

yeah and keep saying ...who cares cause he be fittin to get paid fo show......and then when they stick a microphone in his face he cant even talk in complete sentences....but that is cool because that is how you remain on the bottom of the ladder of society..it is called having respect for ones self and wanting to do well at anything you attempt .but then again it is THE MAN keepin him down cause lord knows we could not expect him to actually want to study while he was there now could we ?...in other words poor scores tend to show teams that one tends to be lazy when it comes to something they might find not what THEY feel is important.....Marino scored 16 a far cry from four...or is it FO where you come from ?

Is there a sample test for this' because the 2 sample qs in the article is 5th grade shit at a school in the ghetto. I'm sure ther would have to be a few that are actually hard to seperate the gifted from the normal, but holy fuck which is the smallest number?seriously?

When you read about things like this and then watch games and see busted plays and wonder what was that QB or running back thinking, maybe it is people that play on the team that are too stupid to remember Plays and what they are supposed to do.

If I were a GM, I sure wouldn't want someone with 1/2 a brain on my team, especially if they couldn't remember how to run 5 or 6 plays let alone 100.

Why... a 4 or a 40 still = top five draft pick and millions of dollars.  It honestly makes no difference because he is the best corner/saftey in the draft.

This just shows the obvious corruption going on at these college football powerhouses more than anything else.  If he got a 4 with those sample questions being what would be on the test, there is no way this idiot scored high enough on an SAT to get into anything other than a local community college.

I bet he just quit after a few questions.  Dont get me wrong, I doubt he is very bright.   My guess is he said F it,  it wont stop him from getting a paycheck.  If he did try then God help him.

I have a quick Vince Young story for you.

A couple years back, Vince Young showed up at my friend's restaurant in Houston and was sitting at the bar with his friends.  I guess the bartender screwed up his drink and Vince said, "Do you know what you're doing?" to the bartender and the bartender looked at Vince and yelled, "yeah, but do you what YOU'RE doing?" ... Needless to say, it was right after one of his typical seasons with the Titans.  Him and his friends laughed, so I guess that makes him a good sport ... but not smart at his sport ... hehehe
