Trying to lose weight.

I just sold my stock in Jenny Craig, They're doomed !!!

The Covers forum has solved the obesity problem in America.

Who knew that after 33 years of extreme training the answer could be as simple as "looking forward and not backwards ? "

 " Brilliant"

Exercising and self control might be a factor in weight control ?

Who knew ?

Weight control has just gotten easy for you, Sunshine, or whoever you are ( wink ). Trust me.

Do you have sausage fingers? If you do, don't eat 'em. Good luck buddy!

Well, today begins the hard battle against the bulge. Thank you all who posted with the best intentions. Means a lot. I took something out of all the supportive comments. Went to the gym today. Due 30 mins on the stairmaster- it was tough. I was drenched afterwards. 293 pounds and all of them beat. Working hard to eat the right foods and cheat on the weekends , occasionally. Goal is simple- get back to 200 lbs. I think by January 1st I'll be close to my goal.

100 pounds in 4 months is not realistic, and probably not healthy.  It is going to take you more like 16 months to lose that much.

How did you get banned in a month?

Good question, Hockey. I think if you look to the top of the thread, you'll see that the people who run the site knew this was an imposter from the beginning. Wink, wink.

Curious if anyone will get an explanation. Doubt it.
